How many totes would you have available ? We are dismantling a project with many loose parts and are looking for many . We simply trim off the tops . We are in Connecticut .
I’m looking for 4 food grade (DOT/UN) IBC totes. I’m planning to use them to collect rain water to water my garden . I don’t care if they are used. I can rinse them but they must have had food in them prior.

Is this food grade? Can it be used for potable water?
I would not advise using an used IBC tote for drinking water.
